RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each piece at Kanheri Jaipur is thoughtfully handcrafted. Because of this uniqueness, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We hope you cherish your purchase as much as we cherished creating it for you.
· Exchange request to be made within 3 days of delivery.
· Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
· In case of any defect/ damage/wrong product in your order kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and send photographs and video of showing the defect/damage/wrong product at support@kanherijaipur.com
Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
· Any product bought during and on SALE or with Discount Code are NOT eligible for any Return or Exchange.
· The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
· Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange/return.
· Each order is eligible for Exchange only once. In the case of an exchange, reverse pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
Slight variations in color, weave, or hand block prints are not imperfections but beautiful reminders of the artisanal process and authenticity of handmade work. We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different across screens (computers, tablets, or mobiles) due to individual display settings.
These natural variations are part of what makes your piece unique and therefore do not consider it as defects. And, hence these are not eligible for any return or exchange.
