a. Where can I check my order details?
You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.kanherijaipur.com
Once login you will see an option called – ‘My Orders’ in your profile, where you can view all your orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered e-mail id and WhatsApp number after placing the order.
b. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse facility. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify or change the delivery address.

a. How do I care of my products?
Most of our garments are hand-made and hand block printed with special dyes and love because of which they might bleed initially, don't worry it's temporary and a part of their artistic nature.
- Avoid mixing darker apparel with lighter ones to prevent any unexpected color blending.
- We suggest Dry Cleaning but gentle hand washing with a mild detergent will also do the trick.
- During the first few washes, wash them separately. And, Skip the machine wash. Gentle wash them inside out and Dry in a shaded area.
Each piece we craft carries its own story. Minor variations are a mark of the hands that made them, making every item uniquely yours!
b. Where I can find the Size Chart?
Our size chart is mentioned under all the products on our website.
c. What if an item is out of stock? When will it be re-stocked?
Please click on the “notify me when restocked option” which you will find under the sold-out item. We cannot give you a certain timeline for the restock. If and once it is restocked you will receive an email about the same.
