·      We offer free shipping all across India.

·      Our shipping timelines vary based on the items you’ve ordered.

·      All Orders are shipped within 6 to 8 working days depending on your location in India. Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

*Working days are Monday to Friday except public holidays.

·      In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

·      In case you have any query on your shipment, you can always DM or Email us and we will get it checked with the courier company.

·      Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered. KANHERI JAIPUR will not be responsible for any damage or loss in any of such cases. 

·      Once an order is placed, you will receive order confirmation containing the details of your order on your registered email address and phone number. Additionally, you will receive shipping confirmation as soon as the product is dispatched from our facility.

·      We do offer reverse pickup for exchanges on eligible items only. However, in certain cases or specific locations, reverse pickup facility is not available. In such cases, we may ask you to send the product back to us at your own cost and risk.

·      In case of any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
