Person Behind Kanheri

Kanheri was born from one woman’s leap of faith. Founded by Divya Mittal, Kanheri works
with pure, natural cotton and traditional hand block printing, intricate designs & handworks to create pieces that feel as good as they look.
After an MBA and years in the corporate world, Divya traded boardrooms for block prints,
spreadsheets for silhouettes and business reports to artisan stories,
choosing to build something of her own—something slower, more mindful, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Every Kanheri piece is a tribute to India’s rich craft heritage and the skilled artisans
who bring it to life.
